Yin & Yarrow Acupuncture in St Paul is owned by Christina, L.Ac. She uses traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), sensible recommendations, and a warm style to help guide people toward their health and wellness goals. You’ll receive intuitive healing in a warm, compassionate space where you can escape the everyday hustle and “heal from withyin”.

Christina is native to Minnesota and has been a part of the Saint Paul community for more than 15 years. She’s a Minnesota State Licensed Acupuncturist and nationally certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).

Plantar fasciitis, gut health, premenopause/perimenopause, and anxiety are a few things she has a special interest in treating, though Christina is passionate about treating all cases presented to her. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to:

❂ Musculoskeletal injuries, pain and/or tension including joints, tendons, ligaments, muscles, bones, and nerves.
❂ Gastrointestinal health
❂ Anxiety and Panic Disorder
❂ Female health: fertility, infertility, artificial reproductive therapy (ART), hormone imbalances including estrogen dominance, hormone regulation, PMS, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), endometriosis, premenopause, perimenopause and menopause.

Credentials

Christina received her Master’s Degree in Acupuncture at Northwestern Health Sciences University. Prior to opening Yin & Yarrow, she worked at The Edith Davis Clinic and Cerenity Senior Care Center’s community acupuncture clinic providing acupuncture for geriatric patients seeking treatment for a wide range of conditions.

Christina have been working with botanical medicine for more than 17 years and has studied local and Western herbs and cultivates handcrafted herbal elixirs and essentials for healing, wellness, and beauty. She have also completed two years of formal graduate-level Chinese herbal medicine training at the American Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and incorporate Chinese herbs together with Western herbs into her acupuncture and healing arts practice.
