Christina Huch, M.A., Dipl. Ac. (NCCAOM)®, L.Ac.

Yin & Yarrow Acupuncture in St Paul is owned by Christina Huch, L.Ac., that’s me. I use traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), sensible recommendations, and a warm style to help guide people toward their health and wellness goals. You’ll receive intuitive healing in a warm, compassionate space where you can escape the everyday hustle and “heal from withyin”.

I’m native to Minnesota and have been a part of the Saint Paul community for more than 15 years. I’m a Minnesota State Licensed Acupuncturist and nationally certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).

Plantar fasciitis, gut health, premenopause/perimenopause, and anxiety are a few things I have a special interest in treating, though I’m passionate about treating all cases presented to me. Areas of focus include, but are not limited to:

❂ Musculoskeletal injuries, pain and/or tension including joints, tendons, ligaments, muscles, bones and nerves.
❂ Gastrointestinal health
❂ Anxiety and Panic Disorder
❂ Female health: fertility, infertility, artificial reproductive therapy (ART), hormone imbalances including estrogen dominance, hormone regulation, PMS, premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), endometriosis, premenopause, perimenopause and menopause.

I received my Master’s Degree in Acupuncture at Northwestern Health Sciences University. Prior to opening my practice, I worked at The Edith Davis Clinic and Cerenity Senior Care Center’s community acupuncture clinic providing acupuncture for geriatric patients seeking treatment for a wide range of conditions.

I have been working with herbs for more than 17 years and have studied local and Western herbs which I love to grow and make herbal remedies from to share others. I have also completed two years of formal graduate level Chinese herbal medicine training at the American Academy of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and incorporate Chinese herbs together with Western herbs into my acupuncture and healing arts practice.

I’m currently studying for my clinical aromatherapy certification. Once I have completed these requirements, I will apply for the Level 3: NAHA Certified Clinical Aromatherapist® certification. Aromatherapy is an excellent stand-alone treatment or complements acupuncture nicely; patients appreciate having something easy and effective to use between their acupunctur3 treatments to boost their healing and balancing work.
